There is a waiting list for CIRQ wines but we do guarantee an allocation for active list members and do our very best to include as many people as possible.
We offer wines once each year in the summer. If you participate in this annual release, we’ll ship your wines in the fall to ensure best conditions for delivery.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET AN ALLOCATION?
The waiting list for CIRQ wines is now about 2 years, but will vary depending on what Mother Nature provides with each vintage.
HOW IS WINE ALLOCATED?
Every winery seems to have a different approach to their mailing list. Ours is simple: we guarantee an allocation based on your previous order – not on a first come basis – so that members feel confident about their allocation and have a longer period to confirm their acquisition. Your allocation is guaranteed until the end of the ordering period.
HOW CAN I GET AN INCREASED ALLOCATION?
If you’d like more than your allocation you can make a ‘wish request’ for additional wine. As supply allows and your tenure on the list progresses, we will do our best to grant your wish for additional wine. We’re also humans and can take your request for a certain allocation via call, email or letter. Our goal is to get you the wines that you really want with as little fuss as possible.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH A ‘WISH REQUEST’?
If you choose to wish for additional wine, we will do our best to reserve extra bottles for you. We do this at the end of the release period once all orders are in. At that time, any wines that were set-aside for members who chose not to take their full allocation will be used to satisfy the wishes of the good folks who would like more. We’ll let you know quickly, via an email confirmation, about how your Wish Request goes. Any additional bottles we are able to grant you will be handled as a new order and consolidated for shipment with your order from your original guaranteed allocation.
